-This is a guideline to get the best & fastest tan while avoiding “strains” to your skin.
Rounds (I, II, III, IV) represent skin tone. With Round (I) being a lighter skin tone and Round (IV) being a darker skin tone. If you have naturally darker skin you may want to start at Round (II) or (III).
The numbers under the Round column represent exposure time for your session. (If you are particularly prone to sunburn, start with 6 minutes at Round (I) instead of 7 minutes).
As you progress, you will want to move to the next higher Round. When you reach Round (IV) you will be able to handle the maximum 10 minutes on each bed.
The Cascade starts at Step 1 Entropy progressing to Step 7 Canopy. When you reach Step 8 you will repeat the steps in the next Round, starting at Step 1 Entropy again.
Try to maintain 1 to 4 days between sessions to continue your tanning adaption. Think of this as “Riding the wave”, waiting too long between tanning sessions slows your progress. Tanning too soon, especially when you need to allow recovery, will also slow your progress. Plan 1 to 4 days between sessions.
Remember, tanning is a natural, evolved response with unique benefits. Taking time to do this correctly will give you all the positive effects while avoiding the negative.
